1. Club Overview
- Stadium: Emirates Stadium
- Location: London, England
- Capacity: 60,704
- Official Site: arsenal.com
The Gunners are one of the most popular teams in the world. They have an amazing stadium in the Emirates, and are very popular. This can mean it is difficult to buy tickets.
2. How to Buy Tickets
Arsenal operates a membership-based ticketing system. There is no general sale — only members can apply for tickets or access the resale platform. The only membership you can buy is called Red Membership. Overseas members need to pay an additional £5 per membership. Silver members are invite only memberships.
| Age Group | Price |
|---|---|
| Adults | £36 |
| Youths (17–18 years old) | £30 |
| Children (4–16 years old) | £25 |
| Children (0–3 years old) | £10 |
Success rate for different matches depending on the match category was around 18% (less than 10% for Category A matches). But members who are not successful in the ballots, do get the chance to apply for tickets via the ticket exchange (where season ticket holders temporarily allow their seat to be sold as they won't be attending that game).
You may well see tickets offered for sale online. Whilst some may be genuine tickets, others will be scams. You can check the legitimacy of a website ticket seller by consulting this page: https://www.arsenal.com/online-agent-website-checker
Those of you based outside the UK can also use these official ticket sellers to gain access to tickets: https://www.arsenal.com/news/overseas-agent-ticket-sellers
How the Ballot Works
Arsenal runs a two-stage ballot system for every home match, and tickets are not sold to the general public. Ballots typically open 4–6 weeks before kickoff. To apply, you must hold a valid Arsenal membership and have activated your account on the Online Box Office.
- Silver Members apply first, with higher chances of success.
- Red Members may apply only if tickets remain after the Silver Ballot.
- You can apply solo or as a group (all group members must have the same membership tier).
- Ballots are entered via your Arsenal online account.
- If successful, you are charged automatically, and tickets are added to your digital account.
- Tickets are non-transferable and delivered via the Arsenal app as NFC passes.
Ballot Application Process (Red Members)
- When applying, you must authorise a payment card. If successful, you will automatically be allocated ticket(s) in one of your selected price bands. You can specify two preferred price bands and opt in to be considered for any remaining areas if those are unavailable.
- A temporary authorization charge is placed on your card to validate it (immediately refunded).
- If your card is declined at the payment stage, your application is cancelled.
- There is no fee to enter the ballot — you are only charged if successful.
- Successful applicants are notified by email and charged the full ticket price plus booking fees.
- If demand is lower than supply, all applicants may be successful.
Ticket Exchange
If you win a ballot and can no longer attend, you can list your ticket on the official Ticket Exchange, provided the match is sold out. Tickets are resold at face value.
- Ticket Exchange closes 3 hours before kickoff.
- As of December 2023, initial access is limited to members who were unsuccessful in the ballot.
- Access may open to other members later, depending on the match.
Family Area Option
During ballot registration, you can opt to be considered for Arsenal's dedicated Family Area (Blocks 28, 29, and part of 30). You must meet eligibility criteria — including having children in the group. Entry to the Family Area is limited and not guaranteed.
Digital Tickets
All tickets are issued digitally via the Arsenal app and use NFC tap-to-enter technology. You'll need to download your digital pass in advance. This system works like Apple Pay or Google Wallet and is scanned at the turnstiles on matchday.
Disability Access Members
Disabled supporters must register for ballots via the Disabled Supporters Information Page. Applications must be filled in accurately — incorrect or incomplete forms may be rejected. The Disability Access Ballot follows a similar structure but has dedicated seating, facilities, and priority support.
Tips for Ballot Registration
- Ensure your payment card is valid and has sufficient funds.
- Add group members to your Arsenal online network ahead of time.
- Keep your contact details up to date in the Online Box Office.
- Activate your membership account before registration opens.
Tourist Tip: If you're a Red Member visiting for one match, aim for lower-demand fixtures or cup games or lower demand Category C games. If you simply want to watch soccer played at the Emirates, consider going to a Women's game instead. Your ballot odds will be much higher than for Category A matches. Always check the Ticket Exchange in the days leading up to the game — some seats appear at the last minute.
Ticket Exchange (Resale Platform)
The Ticket Exchange allows Season Ticket holders to resell their seats at face value. Only Red and Silver Members can access the Exchange. New tickets are listed throughout the week and often on matchday morning.
Tourist Tip: You may have better luck here than in the ballot. Log in regularly and be ready to book fast. No membership, no access.
Summary for Tourists
- There is no general sale — membership is mandatory.
- Red Membership: Entry-level (£34). 18% ballot success rate. Good for Ticket exchange resale access.
- Silver Membership: Invite-only. Better ballot chances (~49%).
- Disability Access Membership: Dedicated service for eligible fans with access needs.
- Ballot: Auto-charged if successful. Apply 4–6 weeks before the match.
- Ticket Exchange: Arsenal's resale platform. More promising than the ballot for Red Members.
- Hospitality: Best route for guaranteed tickets. Premium experience. No membership needed.
3. Ticket Prices
Arsenal categorizes home matches into three tiers: Category A (high-demand games), Category B (mid-tier), and Category C (lower-demand fixtures). For the 2024/2025 season:
- Category A: Liverpool, Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspurs (Spurs)*, Manchester City*, Chelsea
- Category B: Nottingham Forest*, Wolverhampton Wanderers (Wolves), Brighton & Hove Albion, Everton, Aston Villa, West Ham United*, Fulham, Crystal Palace*, AFC Bournemouth, Newcastle United
- Category C: Leeds United*
* confirmed for 2025/2026. Find out latest Match Categories Here: https://www.arsenal.com/tickets/matchcategories
FA Cup (mix between B-C), League Cup (mostly C), and Champions League games (mostly A/B) were a mixture between A - C.

You will also have a voucher for a ticket on the official stadium and museum tour.

Uniquely you will also get to go down to the soccer field and place the corner flag in the corner of the soccer field. This package is only available for groups of 4-8.

The jersey will be presented by a current men's first team player and have a chance to take a photo with your hero too.
5. Where to Sit
The Emirates is a modern, all-seater stadium with great sightlines throughout. It's a bowl stadium so there aren't stands as such. But the stadium is divided into four sections which equate to each side of the soccer field.
There's the North Bank which is where the Arsenal ultras (though I'd hardly call any Arsenal fans as being ultras!) sit/stand. At the opposite end is the Clock End. The Away fans sit in the lower tier in the South East corner of the Clock End. They traditionally congregate in and near the Drayton Park Arms pub before the game.
The other two sides of the stadium are called the East stand and the West Stand. The West Stand is where the managers sit and where the players tunnel is located. Diamond club in the executive levels is also located on this side.
There are 4 tiers (levels of seating). The lower tier is closest to the soccer field. Then you have the club level tier. Then the executive boxes, and then finally the upper tier.
In blocks 28, 29 and 30 are the dedicated family area, where supporters under the age of 16 can sit with their family members. These blocks are located in the South West corner (West Stand/Clock End) on the lower tier.
- North Bank (Lower Tier): Home to the loudest singing sections
- Clock End: Similar atmosphere with many passionate fans next to the away fans
- West: Quieter, where the managers sit and the players entrance
- Family Area: In block 28-30 in the West Stand corner next to Clock End
- Upper Tier: Excellent views but further from the pitch
- Away Section: Located in the lower tier of the southeast corner Clock End and East Stand
Tourists often enjoy East or West lower tiers for a calm experience with good views.
Club level seats have more spacious seats. Seats in stadiums in Europe can be on the smaller side. The best atmosphere is generally on the lower tier especially at the North Bank.
6. Getting There
Address: Emirates Stadium, Hornsey Road, London N7 7AJ
Nearest Stations: Arsenal (Piccadilly), Highbury & Islington (Victoria + Overground), Finsbury Park (multiple lines)
Matchday Tip: Avoid Holloway Road station after matches — it's often closed for safety. Arrive early to soak in the pre-match atmosphere around the stadium.
This being in London there are numerous excellent public transport options available to you. The Emirates is one of the best connected stadiums in England.
London Underground (Tube)
Arsenal station is the nearest London Underground station. It's on the Piccadilly line (dark blue) and you should go in the direction of Cockfosters station. It's around three minutes' walk from the ground. There is no step-free access leading from the station platforms to the station exit. This is the best exit if you want to go Blackstock Road (Brook Gate pub etc). This will be the busiest station on match days. After the game you will be marshalled to join the queue on Gillespie Road.
Finsbury Park is a combined London Underground and Railway station. It is a bit further out but has a couple of London Underground lines that run here (Victoria (light blue - go in the Walthamstow Central direction), Piccadilly Line (dark blue - go in the Cockfoster direction)). It's around a 10-minute walk and should be slightly less crowded. Finsbury Park station is wheelchair accessible and is likely to be the least congested route to the stadium for wheelchair access. Finsbury Park railway station is a Great Northern railway line. After the game you will need to queue on the Seven Sisters Road/Isledon Road and St Thomas's Road/Rock Street.
Highbury & Islington station is another combined London Underground and railway station. The Victoria line (light blue - go in the Walthamstow Central direction) goes here and then the North London Line (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_London_line#/media/File:North_London_line.png) which is an above ground North London railway line. Great Northern Railway goes to the railway station. It's around a 10 minutes walk and should be less crowded and is wheelchair friendly. After the match you should walk down Holloway Road. Do not go via Highbury Fields because you won't be able to join the queue. The queue will be on the South side of Holloway Road.
Holloway Road is a London underground station. The Piccadilly line (dark blue - towards Cockfosters). Please note that Holloway Road London Underground station is exit only (meaning you can leave the station, but you can't enter the station before matches and is closed for up to 2 hours after matches so don't head to this station after the game.
Train
If you are coming from elsewhere by railway from the UK, Kings Cross railway station connects to both the Piccadilly line and the Victoria line. Finsbury Park station and Highbury & Islington Station both have train connections.
By Bus
All buses in London are wheelchair friendly (wheelchair ramp is normally at the exit door). The main bus stops are located on Holloway Road, There is the Nag's Head shopping mall stop https://maps.app.goo.gl/nsVyjXWFfxmmJsbdA (This is stop M. Stop L is across the road), or on the Seven Sisters Road (https://maps.app.goo.gl/Kfu6HsL97zWVAzZw7). There are numerous bus stops along the Blackstock Road (https://maps.app.goo.gl/nvCmaMxPfe51neRm7). Finally bus stops lower down on Highbury Corner (https://maps.app.goo.gl/kKV54cLoWqYnNHez7).
Here's a map for buses across London: https://www.arsenal.com/sites/default/files/documents/gun__1215433562_emiratesmap1.pdf
Buses come frequently, and depending on the bus stop will take 5-10 minutes to walk to the stadium.
By Car
The roads around the Emirates stadium are in densely packed residentials areas where permit parking operates (meaning only residents can park there). If you choose to park here you will get a parking fine. You can read about restrictions here: https://www.islington.gov.uk/parking/parking-restrictions/emirates-stadium-restrictions and here's map of the areas covered: https://www.islington.gov.uk/-/media/sharepoint-lists/public-records/transportandinfrastructure/information/maps/20192020/20190501cpzmap.pdf It's quite complicated but you can't park on the streets anywhere around the stadium. There may be businesses that turn private land into a parking lot. Normally you pay in cash (anywhere between £5 to £20). Many roads around the stadium are closed to traffic to allow pedestrians to walk to the stadium. Other roads are heavily congested at the best of times, nevermind when there is a match being played. You have been warned.
Whilst there are local businesses and organisations that offer parking for the day, one of the best ways is to park at Cockfosters underground station and then catch the tube (Piccadilly line - dark blue) down to one of the underground stations near the stadium. Monday to Friday parking is £10 for the day. On Saturday's it's £9, and on Sunday's it's only £8. Motorcycles cost £2 per day. There's even 1 EV charger too.
You must make sure you pay when you arrive and spaces are offered on first come first service. Card payments only. Pay online using an app or via telephone, you will need the location code (801600), registration (licence plate) number to make payment. You can get more information on this via website: https://support.paybyphone.co.uk/hc/en-gb. The location of the parking lot is: Cockfosters Road Barnet EN4 0DZ and if you What3words it's: book.trader.closet. If I wanted to drive to the Emirates, this would be my suggestion or something similar eg: Arnos Grove.
Other parking lots you will need to ensure that you read the terms and conditions carefully otherwise a fine will be likely. Make sure to always park inside the bays (bays are small compared to US standards). You can also try https://www.justpark.com/. This is where someone will rent you their parking lot space and you pay them. It's a legitimate website. I've used it for Heathrow Airport before. Often it's that person's house so there will only be one or two spaces available.
Taxi
We don't recommend it, road closures and general traffic means taxis are slow. Especially after the game. Uber is available in London, but again, road closures and general congestion means the roads are slow. There are no dedicated drop points for taxis. And it can take up to an hour to get a taxi/Uber after games. We would suggest walking away from the stadium before trying to collect an Uber or taxi.
Cycling
London has become more cycling friendly in recent times, and there are now more and more routes for cycling becoming commonplace. You can use: https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/cycling/ to find cycle routes across London.
If you use the free Transport for London planner online you can tick "cycle only" option. Some London underground and trains will allow you to bring a bicycle on, but please check beforehand.
BUT be sensible about it by not trying to catch the tube or train all the way to the stadium as they will be very crowded and you will probably either struggle to find space or not be allowed on. Catch much earlier trains/tube if you wish to bring a bicycle to the match.
Once you get to the stadium, there is a secure parking lot for bicycles only located at the Highbury House retail store. Follow the signposts and/or ask stewards who will be happy to assist.
Getting In
Once you reach the stadium there are three ways to get into the inner circle: Clock End bridge (also known as the Danny Fiszman Bridge), North Bank bridge (also known as Ken Friar Bridge) and The Hornsey Road bridge also known as the South Ramp). The North Bank bridge connects the Highbury Store area to the inner stadium concourse. The South Ramp connects the Armoury store to the inner concourse area. The Clock End bridge connects further south of the Highbury House store and ticket office. You must use one of these places to gain access to the inner concourse area.
From Holloway Road and Hornsey Road, there is an underpass under the railway tracks that you can use.
7. Food, Drink & Pubs
There are quite a few pubs near the stadium. Most of them expect to have to show your match ticket to be able to enter. Also if you're wearing any other team's jersey it's likely you won't be allowed in. There are quite a few clustered along the Blackstock Road and also Holloway Road. Of course there are some pubs inside the stadium too. Some of the most popular ones outside the stadium include:
- The Tollington Arms: Thai food otherwise a normal pub with some nice cask ales. It's very popular on match days. https://maps.app.goo.gl/Yke7SgU5cXgtGZsJ9
- The Gunners Pub: It gets very busy. https://maps.app.goo.gl/o8hpTE3wMn3yRxth6
- Brook Gate Finsbury Park: Formerly the Arsenal Tavern, this is a busy pub on match days. https://maps.app.goo.gl/ZjTBPgNFanUP8bbz7
- El Comandante Che: Cuban themed pub (yes you read that correctly) near to the stadium. https://maps.app.goo.gl/RMd8rFfAYBkxSP8Q9
For food places you can try:
- Wolkite Restaurant: Ethiopian restaurant. Opens 5pm to 11pm apart from Saturday and Sundays when it opens at 1pm instead. https://maps.app.goo.gl/fTdcUJfxEqCPDKKr9
- Little Wonder Cafe: Cafe food. Closed on Sundays and only open until 4pm all other times. https://maps.app.goo.gl/5ZRxFVSBjyY4LEA17
- Alcedo Bistro and Bar: Proper sit down food such as slow roasted pork belly. Open 10am to 10pm every day of the week accept Sunday when it's open from 10.30am to 8pm. https://maps.app.goo.gl/J8C71CMbyudzTkqP9
- Iznik: Turkish restaurant: Superb Turkish restaurant. Open midday (12) to 10pm. On Friday and Saturday's they stay open until midnight (12). https://maps.app.goo.gl/LWemdFdm6hPxJ3YH6
- German Doner Kebab: Chain kebab place for a decent kebab, open 10am to midnight except on Friday and Saturday's when it stays open until 1am. https://maps.app.goo.gl/EATi2AAKYx37ohkv9
There's quite a few places to choose from. On Holloway Road, there's also McDonald's, KFC (Seven Sisters), Domino Pizza. There's also a Taco Bell up by Finsbury Park railway station.
Outside the stadium you will find the usual fast food trailers. There is a place called The Camden Brewery which is located left of the museum down some steps. This is not inside the stadium but inside the inner concourse area.
For those wishing to get into the stadium early, Arsenal have a scheme called "Fans First" in General Admission and Club. For the first 60 minutes after the stadium opens you can get a discount on food and drink. E.g. a pie and beer (Helles/Pale) will cost you £9.40. There are a range of meal deals (drink and food combination) available. Inside there are the usual fast food options, sausage rolls, pizza, and nachos too. There are also vegan, vegetarian and halal options too. To be honest though I think there are better options like the pubs I listed earlier. Note that Arsenal, like many stadiums, do not take cash. Only card payments.
8. Tips for Tourists
What to Wear: Arsenal colors (red/white) or neutral gear like black or denim. Avoid rival colors — no Spurs shirts!
What Not to Do: Half-and-half scarves are widely mocked. Don't cheer for the away team in the home section.
Entry Process: Tickets are digital and scanned at turnstiles. Make sure to take a power bank as you will need your phone to gain entry. Expect bag checks and security lines. Bottle caps are removed from drinks.
Match Atmosphere: The North Bank is the most vocal. East and West stands are calmer. Some fans stand for much of the match in the North Bank End. Although standing is against regulations unless in Safe Standing areas.
You can see where the Old stadium (Highbury) is if you want to. But be aware that people live there now, so don't be annoying. There is a security gate but it's sometimes open. https://maps.app.goo.gl/bmYBLUuaWowA3NgW6
Note that inside the Arsenal stadium, like many stadiums, they do not take cash. Only card payments. It is a cashless stadium.
Highgate Cemetery is not too far away from the Emirates stadium. Inside this are many notable figures including George Michael (singer with Wham!), Douglas Adams (author of the Hitchhikers to the Galaxy book) and Karl Marx. https://maps.app.goo.gl/UV6NKucjihtyjVjk9
If you are planning on leaving using the London Underground, make sure you know where the queue system starts. Don't head to Holloway Road station as it will be closed. Some roads near the stadium are closed to pedestrians to allow access for emergency vehicles. Read the 5: How to get there section for more information.
There's an ATM next to Highbury House (Arsenal store). https://maps.app.goo.gl/h1Tp2iRSkFY1k69Q8
There's another ATM inside the Sainsbury supermarket on Holloway Road next to where you walk under the railway tracks.
Finally another ATM by the Clock End bridge (also known as the Danny Fiszman Bridge). It's a Tesco ATM on Drayton Road.
There are 2 Ticket Offices located next to Highbury House (What3Words: ///supper.boil.actual) and next to the Armoury (What3Words: ///thanks.grew.couple): https://maps.app.goo.gl/wLrHFckiqzb82grJ6
There are two stores where you can buy a replica jersey or scarf. The one is called Highbury House store and the other is called The Armoury (located at What3Words: ///frame.lied.sketch): https://maps.app.goo.gl/WCG3c9c1CoM383qK6. The Highbury House store is located: (What3Words: ///rope.glare.offers): https://maps.app.goo.gl/3jSaGuXCUF8biDCP8
The Armoury is located (What3Words: ///frame.lied.sketch): https://maps.app.goo.gl/5DYU5qecsJUPsfCG9
The museum is located: (What3Words: ///stops.formal.storms): https://maps.app.goo.gl/i8BwoWhLqvNTSZth7
There are several statues dotted around the stadium: Tony Adams; Herbert Chapman, Dennis Bergkamp, Thierry Henry, and Ken Friar.
- Tony Adams Statue: ///ship.hungry.blaze https://maps.app.goo.gl/H8Vv5zdmMWiJdddD8
- Herbert Chapman Statue: ///flips.rocky.verbs https://maps.app.goo.gl/2N5v5YPAdKL34fcD7
- Dennis Bergkamp Statue: ///angle.pound.insect
- Thierry Henry Statue: ///units.remind.gave
- Ken Friar Statue: ///blast.acted.palms
There are three public bathrooms outside the stadium:
- South West Toilets: ///every.clown.skip (behind the Armoury store)
- North Toilets: ///spend.lower.vouch (near the Tony Adams statue)
- South East Toilets: ///novel.transit.wins (near the Herbert Chapman statue)
If your visit to the UK doesn't fit with a home men's schedule, you could still watch soccer in the stadium as the Women's team also play all their home games at the Emirates too. Tickets are much more affordable and plentiful too.
No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the stadium including the inner concourse area and parking lots too.
Nearest luggage storage is at Kings Cross railway station but this is probably very inconvenient. Therefore you can find storage using: https://stasher.com/
You can take: small cameras, small fold up umbrellas, clear plastic bottle (max size 500ml/16.9oz), non-offensive flags/banners (no larger than 2m/78 inches x 1m/39 inches).
You cannot take: bags larger than an A4 piece of paper (21cm/8 inches x 29.7cm/11.7 inches). No large suitcases or rucksacks.
You cannot bring into the Emirates stadium: selfie sticks, tripods, large umbrellas, musical instruments, laser pens, knives (including pen knives or multi-tools), air horns, canned drinks, glass bottles (including perfumes), alcohol, solid flasks/canisters.
You cannot smoke/vape inside the stadium including the inner concourse and bridges.
Do not bring flares or smoke bombs. Even if you are merely suspected of trying to bring them into the stadium you will be arrested. They are completely banned from the stadium and it is an offence to even try to bring them.
If you lose an item at the stadium contact Lost Property: stadium@arsenal.co.uk Open Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm (UK time).
If you can't get a ticket to the men's game, consider going for a women's game instead. The women's team are one of the top European sides (they won the 2024/2025 Champions League equivalent), they play at the Emirates stadium, and tickets are a lot easier to get.
Tickets are digital and it's recommended to download them well before you arrive at the stadium because cell phone data networks get overloaded around matches. You can add them to Apple and Google Wallets.
9. Tours & Museum
Arsenal's stadium tour is rated excellent on TripAdvisor and has won an excellence award for 2024. There are several different tours available: Stadium; Legend; Matchday; VIP Legend and also a Virtual Tour. Most of the tours are self guided around the stadium and should last about an hour. Although you can spend longer if you wish. The average museum visit length is 30 minutes. You can just visit the museum too if you so wish. The tours are available in the following languages: English, Spanish, Italian, French, German, Japanese, and British Sign Language. Note that all tours include free access to the museum (you can also just visit the museum if you want). The virtual tour also includes the museum but is a virtual visit.
They have two ticket types available: Dated and Flexi. Dated means you have a fixed date (in the UK we use dd/MM/yyyy and not the american style MM/dd/yyyy) for your tour. You can do the tour anytime during the opening times on that date. Should you buy a fixed day ticket and you are unable to attend on that date, you can walk into the tour area and change your ticket to do the there and then. There is a £5 fee per ticket for doing this.
Flexi means that the ticket is flexible about the time and date when you can use your ticket. You have 3 months from the date of buying the flexi ticket to use it.
You can also walk up on the day and buy a ticket for a tour. The flexi and walk up tickets are the same price. So effectively you get a discount for buying a fixed date and time ticket.
All the tours start from the Stadium Tour ticket desk which is located inside the Armoury store. VIP tours start on the Podium Level located above the Armoury Store. The Armoury store is located between turnstiles A and S. If you have a timed entry tour, you need to arrive 15 minutes before the start time of your tour.
You cannot leave suitcases or large bags. Only small bags can be taken with you. For those travelling with buggies and prams you can take these on the tour with you but can't leave them unattended. Please note that no bags are allowed on the match day tour. Instead they are security tagged and placed in a cage whilst the tour takes place. On these occasions you can take wallets, cell phones, and small cameras with you. Officially you cannot take large professional cameras into the stadium with you. This is aimed at commercial filming and photographing. No tripods either.
Stadium Tour tickets can be cancelled and refunded up to 14 days after purchase. Legend Tour and Matchday Tour tickets can be cancelled and refunded up to 14 days before the tour takes place. For Legend and Matchday tours, dates can be changed a minimum of 7 days in advance of your scheduled tour (subject to availability). No Stadium Tour product can be sold on.
The tours are available Monday to Saturdays from 9.30am to 6pm (last entry is 5pm). On Sundays from 10am to 4pm (last entry is 3pm).
Stadium Tour
The stadium tour gives you access to the Home and Away team locker rooms, Players Entrance, Players tunnel (where the players walk out of on to the soccer field), Home dugout (where the managers sit), the media rooms (so you can sit and pretend to be interviewed by ESPN - "Will it really be Arsenal's year?"; "Does Arteta need more time?", etc), and you'll also visit the Directors Box too.
Legend Tour
You get to see all the other places on the normal Stadium Tour, but this time it's a 90 minute guided tour by one of four former players (Nigel Winterburn, Charlie George and Perry Groves and ex-women's player Faye White). You'll be escorted by your chosen legend and then you'll also have a 30 minute Question and Answer session and have a chance to have a selfie with your legend. And if you feel you have rushed through some parts of your tour, you can revisit all parts of the tour at your leisure after the Question and Answer Session has concluded. As a cool souvenir you also get a signed photo of your legend too. When you make your booking you can see which ex-player will be your guide on which days. So if you want a particular legend to be your guide, choose the corresponding date.
Matchday Tour
This tour is available on the days when Arsenal have a home game (including Women's super cup games). These tours last 60 minutes (45 if its champions league men's/women's game). You get to visit the Directors Box, Players Entrance, go to the side of the soccer field, Home dugout (where the manager sits), and the press conference room (except on Champions League fixtures). You will not get to see the home or away locker rooms or the tunnel on this tour. They also run a matchday Legends Tour which is the same as the Legend Tour but shorter (60 mins or 45 mins depending on the game type), and you again won't get to see the home and away locker rooms. They also have a whistlestop matchday tour that lasts only 20 minutes and you will only visit the lower tiers of the stadium behind the dugouts (where the managers sit). You also get free access to the museum.
VIP Legend Tour
This 4 hour (yes you read that correct) guided tour includes some hospitality too. Your tour is guided by an Arsenal legend (of your choosing when you make the booking) and also Nigel Mitchell. You can choose from the following legends who are all ex-men's players: Ray Parlour, Lee Dixon, Theo Walcott or David Seaman. You choose your legend when you make the booking online. The VIP guided tour takes you to the Directors Box, Players Entrance, Home and Away locker rooms, Managers office, players tunnel (where the players emerge from onto the soccer field), home dugout (where the managers sit), press conference and media rooms, and of course you get to walk next to the soccer field.
The hospitality is a hot buffet with unlimited drinks (beer, wine, and soda) all served in the Diamond Club, a restaurant overseen by a 2 star Michellin chef. So you can rest assured the food will be excellent.
Surely that's enough, right? No wait, there's even more. You get some 1 on 1 time with your legend, a selfie with your legend, greenscreen photo experience and a premium gift bag too. After all of this you can also rewalk all the areas on the tour again.
Virtual Stadium Tour
You can do this tour from anywhere in the world. You can use your home computer, smart phone, or tablet device. On this virtual tour you can visit the manager's office, the home and away team locker rooms, the soccer field, home dugout (where the managers sit), players tunnel, press conference rooms, directors lounge and box, and all the exclusive VIP areas normally off limits. You can also visit the museum too. When you purchase this, you will receive a code. That code is valid for 6 months from the time of purchasing it. Once you activate your code, you have 48 hours to do your virtual tour. You can do the tour up to 5 times. It might use your IP address to validate this, so make sure each time you do the tour that you use the same IP address (e.g. don't do the tour at home and then try at work). You must be connected to the internet to do the tour. You cannot download the tour to do it offline. You can download some high resolution photos from the tour to keep as souvenirs.

10. Accessibility
Disabled fans are well looked after at the Emirates. There is a dedicated Lounge for home and away disabled fans to use before a match. It opens 2 hours before a game, and stays open for 30 minutes afterwards. There is free tea and coffee in the lounge and of course an accessible toilet. The lounge is located just inside the Museum entrance opposite turnstile block E. If you have parked in the parking lot, you can head to the rear of Orange parking lot 4, then use the elevator to get to the lounge which will be to your left as you exit the elevator.

To get to the stadium using public transport is very easy. All buses in London are wheelchair friendly (wheelchair ramp is normally at the exit door). And the following London Underground stations are good for those with accessibility issues:
Finsbury Park station is wheelchair accessible and is likely to be the least congested route to the stadium for wheelchair access.
Highbury & Islington station It's around a 10 minutes walk and should be less crowded and is wheelchair friendly.
If you decide to visit via car: There is some matchday parking available for you. It's sold on a first come first served basis. On the website there will be a form for you to complete. Once the parking has been used up, the form will disappear. So no form, no parking. You must have a match day ticket prior to applying for parking. The parking form will be available at 10am (UK times) once all ticket ballots have been completed. The address (What3Words: ///works.gosh.gained) for the parking is:
Emirates Stadium
Queensland Road
London
N7 7AJ
Note that you won't be able to leave the parking lot for an hour after the game due to road closures.
Once you are at the stadium, you need to gain access to the inner concourse area. There are three main ways to enter.
From Holloway Road & Hornsey Road, there is ramp access. There is a ramp next to the Arsenal Community Hub and there is also another ramp access just after the railway bridge/underpass to the left of the steps.
From Drayton Park, opposite the pub, the Clock End bridge (also known as the Danny Fiszman Bridge) is step free. From further along Drayton Park, next to the Highbury House store, the North Bank bridge (also known as Ken Friar Bridge) has 50 steps and is then step free on the stadium side.
To get your tickets there is a ticket collection point at turnstile block S. This is for pre-bought tickets only or to reprint tickets. You cannot buy tickets here. The main match day ticket office is located next to the Armoury store. There is a queuing system, but you can bypass this by speaking to a steward and asking to use the window on the far left. All windows have hearing loops fitted.
All turnstile blocks have wheelchair gates, stewards are on hand to help with ticket scanning.
There are nine wheelchair accessible lifts inside the stadium which supporters with access requirements can use to go to all levels within the stadium. The lifts are located at the following core areas: A/B, C/D, E/F (which has two lifts available), G/H, J/K, L/M, N/P and R/S. All lifts are stewarded on match days and supporters with access requirements always have priority.
For tickets you have a choice of Upper tier, Lower tier, or Club level.
At Club level there are three accessible viewing areas for wheelchairs for home fans only.
On the Upper Tier there are 8 accessible viewing areas for wheelchair fans. There are ramps for all areas and again these are for home supporters only.
On the Lower Tier, the viewing areas are located at the rear. There are 11 accessible viewing areas available for home fans (and a further 2 for away wheelchair fans).
For most of these areas personal assistant seats are located behind the wheelchair spot, but for some areas, the PA will be sat next to each wheelchair seating area.
For those fans who are ambulant or for easy access, the best seats are those rows immediately in front of the lower and upper tier wheelchair areas. For blind fans, a Personal Assistant can sometimes be seated next to you.
Like some other clubs, Arsenal has a sensory room available. There is a lower age limit of 6 years old, and only a maximum of 6 people can use it at one time. Contact a steward who will be able to help you if you require this room.
There are 37 accessible toilets at the Emirates stadium. All require the use of a RADAR key. There are stewards on hand with a RADAR key should you need one. There is a changing places toilet (CPT) in block 48 on club level too. Again you will need a RADAR key. If you need to use this toilet and you are not on club level tickets, ask your nearest steward to contact the Disability Liaison Team (DLT) who will come to you and escort you to this toilet.
Further, all toilets around the stadium will have at least one cubicle for use.
For blind supporters there is an audio description commentary available. Match day ticket holders can borrow a headset to listen to this. Contact the DLT beforehand about this. Amazingly the Arsenal stadium has a special toilet for guide and assistance dogs too. This is located outside the stadium on the inner concourse area opposite turnstile block F. It is accessed using a RADAR key. Again though, speak to the DLT before coming to the stadium.
Disabled fans can request support via the club's Disability Liaison Team.
